Who We Are

Step By Step Pediatric Therapy Inc. is a group of local therapists and special education teachers who have passion and expertise working with children.

Step by Step staff have extensive experience with 90% having over 10 years’ experience working with the special needs population and 80% having a master’s or higher, degree in their specific field. Therapists/Teachers continue to remain active and current in their fields attending workshops and conferences concerning best practices in pediatric intervention strategies.

We have experience in every type of Pediatric Setting: (NICU, in & outpt pediatric rehab, pediatric brain injury, pediatric splinting/casting, wheelchair and equipment clinics, school, Intermediate Unit and preschool settings, autism schools, Overbrook school for blind, Pediatric hospitals, wrap-around services.

WE COME TO YOU

Our birth to 3 program is free, provided in your home or daycare, and scheduled at your convenience. We have a wide service area providing in-person and virtual services. Our current counties include Berks, Lebanon, Lancaster, Dauphin, Chester, Bucks counties. If your child qualifies for birth to three early intervention, please request Step by Step Pediatric Therapy.

SPANISH SPEAKING

Tenemos terapeutas que hablan español / instructoras especiales y traductores al español.

We have Spanish Speaking therapists/ special instructors and Spanish translators.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

90% of the staff have 10-30 years experience specifically working with special needs children.
(Education) 80% of the staff have a Masters degree or higher.
(History) Working in Early Intervention since 2000.
