Step By Step provides services throughout Berks County and surrounding counties for children ages birth to 3 yrs. This program is federally mandated and free for all families. Services are provided in your home, daycare, the community or anywhere that your child typically spends his or her day. If you have concerns about your child’s development, please reach out.
